Platform Service Fees

Apex Crypto Auto (SaaS) provides services that facilitate transactions between users, suppliers, and our platform treasury. Certain actions, such as locking in a down payment or upgrading to a premium account, may require a service fee paid in USD-denominated cryptocurrency (e.g., via Blockonomics) or platform-native tokens (e.g., AUTO).

1. Payments Made in USD via Third-Party Processors (e.g., Blockonomics)

For all one-time payments made in USD for services such as the "Admin Fee" or "Premium Upgrade," the following policy applies:

  • All Sales Are Final: Due to the nature of irreversible cryptocurrency transactions and the immediate provisioning of digital services or account status, all payments made in USD for service fees are final and non-refundable.
  • No Chargebacks: By initiating a payment, you agree that you will not attempt to reverse, charge-back, or otherwise dispute the transaction.
  • Service Activation: Your service or account upgrade will be activated upon successful confirmation of your payment on the blockchain. If you encounter an issue where your payment was confirmed but the service was not activated, please contact our support team at support@apex-crypto-auto.example.com with your transaction details. We will investigate and manually activate the service if the payment is verified.

2. Payments Made with Platform Tokens (e.g., AUTO)

For all fees or purchases made using our native platform tokens, such as `AUTO`:

  • Non-Refundable: All transactions made with platform tokens are final and non-refundable. These tokens are consumed immediately in exchange for the requested on-chain or off-chain service.

Down Payment Locks

When you lock a down payment for a vehicle, you are committing digital assets to a smart contract or a custodial account. The fee associated with this action is a transaction processing fee and is non-refundable, even if you later decide to cancel the deal.

Exceptional Circumstances

We are not obligated to provide a refund in any circumstance. However, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis in the event of a demonstrable technical failure on our platform that prevents you from receiving the service for which you paid. A simple change of mind or dissatisfaction with the service does not qualify for a refund.
